Sometimes a machine can appear to be inoperable when in fact, there may be nothing wrong with it. We will ask the proper questions to diagnose the problem and in some instances, be able to fix a machine over the phone.
If the machine is in need of major repair, we will send to you easy shipping instructions. By following the instructions, your machine will be picked up and charged to our freight account to give you benefit of the best freight rates.
Upon arrival, your machine will be put through several specific tests that will allow us to give you a repair estimate. Two things you can absolutely depend on: The quickest turnaround and a reasonable price that will make the repair economically feasible.
Each machine is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and fitted with new seals and gaskets. Boring bars are evaluated for trueness and end wear.
The repaired machine will be returned freight pre-paid so that there will be only one invoice to deal with.
Service after the repair includes free operation instructions, maintenance tips, and phone contact with a technician in case of trouble in the field.
